The championship is proper football in this day and age, the Premier league is slowly hanging itself (thankfully) and soon enough the viewing figures will start declining when the non attractive clubs have empty stadia and mass debt to govern annually.

City will get nothing more than a fully affordable (to them) fine, and that'll be that...a decade of cheating paid off, and another decade of dominance to hammer home the benefits of doing what you want with no strong governance to worry about
