Well seen. The Voice of Reason has spoken. I will gladly erase secondary thread if I had the ability to do so, or if you can duly advise upon the same. Failing which, I am at the mercy of "The G'vnor" around these parts to do the honours. |

The warchest has been opened....£30k for O'Donnell Laughable, if it wasn't so tragic. More cash to the Oyston empire. |

The old lines of defence of Karl Oyston was that : 1 we would never go bust under their ownership, 2 that he doesn't intefere with the management of the football team and selections 3 that we have had great success under his methods Point 1 still remains, although the club may end up having to write off those interest free loans repayable on demand, if the companies in receipt end up going bang. Point 2 has been totally undermined by the current manager saying he wasn't allowed to pick a couple of perfoming youngsters because they wouldn't sign up to new deals. Point 3 has never been true anyway - before VB no success, after VB has been sidelined, falling back to whence we came at a catastrophic rate of knots. Anyone still prepared to put up a defence of Karl Oyston? |

Problem with chatrooms is that they make the forum look dead both during and after matches when people are looking in to gauge others reactions. |

I think he has far too much class to have to tolerate the nonsense for too long. I doubt he will be BFC manage come the New Year if we manage not to lose lots and lots of games. There will be plenty of interest once sackings begin at decent sizes organised clubs. |

My view remains unchanged : as long as PC is a starter we will struggle to stop the flow of goals in this division - irrespective of his leadership quality and respect for him as a professional. Bows and arrows against the lightning I'm afraid. |
