1ASIN12 l'm sorry that you seem to think l'm some kind of nutter / pompey fan, but the point l was trying to make was , yes the number of travelling support was great, but if you make the effort to get there why not vocally support the team for the whole game, aren't these fans supposed to be the new "Red wall." I don't know when you first started going to football, but when l did in the early 70's it was very very different, and my experiences from those times influenced how l wish football was now. Anyway enjoy following the Saint's until your time of dissolution comes. |

What is the point in travelling up to Liverpool and then stand / sit in pretty much total silence. I could hardly talk for a day or two after a game when l was younger, fan base totaly different now , too many women and idiots filming themselves on mobiles, glad l stopped going. |

No , l want to play them on our little ground, if we get past Newport, that's what makes the FA cup so good. Come on you spitfires |

Right, now that we have got a match to look forward to on the tv, what sort of stadium type grub is everyone going to get in to soak up the beer, and is your missus gonna kick off when you piss on the bathroom floor at half time?. |

I was at the 2002 England game, flew into Vienna, and got a bus down to Bratislava. Stayed in the old town area for two nights, didn't get fined there but got stopped by the Austrian police for walking along a railway line just outside Vienna to get back to our hotel the night before flying home, we had no money left so they drove us back and then past the hotel for a few miles and then kicked us out in the middle of nowhere. |

Went there some years ago now for a few days when England played there, had a great time, cheap as chips, loved it. [Post edited 4 Jun 2020 13:51]

I am sorry to hear this.. but not surprised , l do not think social media is the right way to source trades for building work...its full of b/sh1ters... you need to see someones work first or go on recommendation from someone you know. I am old school and if l am doing a job l use a regular bunch of trusted lads. [Post edited 31 May 2020 15:41]

Going clay shooting tomorrow with some mates, just getting the traps out and charging the batteries and checking all the kit we need. Really looking forward to doing something l haven't done since lockdown, anybody else missing something ... apart from football. |

I agree 100%, it seems to happen time and time again, it's like they tolerate black police colleagues but act like KKK members to the black community |

Lets hope that in the future there is some fairness in the way taxes are going to be hiked to pay for all those furloughed on 80% of wages. How can it be right for all those workers and essential workers that have been working on as normal through lockdown, usually low paid, to be expected to pay the same towards the debt of those sat at home doing nothing. Of course l realise its more complicated than just that, and there are many other issues, but what would be fair?. |

Anyone else got a Rat problem in their garden ?, killed 5 today with the airgun and trapped 2 more, left them on the grass and big old Crow came down and took them off one by one for it's young... proper recycling |

No she should not have needed hospital treatment at all, but these days l dont think young lads know what normal sex is anyway, or girls come to that. |
