I thought Chair was quality yesterday enabling us to pin Preston in their half and give us an outlet on both flanks .

Yes he has his faults but I thought he released the ball quicker and looked like he hasn't been away

With the amount of play acting by players nowadays their striker was well within his rights to score

He didn't know that Cook was genuinely injured and I would have been livid if it was the other way round and we stopped playing

Really enjoyed today thought we dominated from start to finish and if it wasn't for Cooks terrible injury Preston wouldn't have scored

We really should have hammered them with the chances that we missed

Some tough games coming up now but the joy at the final whistle was fantastic and great to see connection between the players and the fans .

Still only one left back at the club
Went into the season with only 2 strikers
Still no pace in the side
Kolli & Dunne at the moment are leaving on frees in 6 months
The lack of communication with injuries up until November

We were pretty poor first half but had some decent chances in the 2nd so maybe just about deserved a draw .

We are certainly getting harder to beat and picking up points when not at our best which is a great sign .

Very pleased for Smyth he gets unfair criticism at times but he always gives his all and does a great job getting us up the pitch

Well I suppose I wouldn't have left us with only one left back at the club and also not tried to sell that one left back all summer .

It's not Ashby's fault that he clearly isn't good enough and at the moment there isn't anyone else to play there bar Fox who also isn't good enough but I don't like the fact we're allowing another clubs player to make mistakes at our expense

It also just goes back how poor the recruitment was in the summer
