Clive, again you manage to articulate how the vast majority of the non X-box generation feel. I've been told by various teenagers and newer supporters of late that I am wrong - and even an idiot - for trying to explain the club's standing in the greater scheme of things, and why paying more for your season ticket cannot guarantee anything on the pitch, but some simply aren't bright enough to use the common sense they were born with, because it's easier to be spiteful and ignorant.
You've hit the nail on the head so many times here, there's not a claw hammer in the world able to extract it. There's loads wrong with football, and there's loads wrong with QPR, and sadly for us, that particular Venn diagram is biggest in the middle.
You just hope this piece reaches an audience wide enough to ensure the right people see it, and at the very least take some food for thought from it.
Finally, Leicester City, champions of England and winners of hearts the world over, seem to have clappers at EVERY SINGLE GAME! Now that's embarrassing. |
