Who is this stupid skate cűnt posting on here? He hasn’t been on here for two weeks, can’t think why. And now he’s here spouting his crap because he is a sad lowlife cűnt with nothing better to do with his time. Very sad.
Has anyone listened to this week’s episode of the Saints and Sinners podcast on Solent? There were a couple of interesting comments from Adam Blackmore about Joel Piroe and Fabio Carvalho.
He said Piroe’s parents wanted Saints to pay them £1m to sign him from Swansea which the club refused to do…and rightly so in my opinion. As for Carvalho his agent wanted £2m for the loan to go through and Liverpool insisted on him starting every match. So I can certainly see why they weren’t signed. I’m sure there are more stories like this that we don’t know about but it was very interesting to hear Adam Blackmore on this.
It’s a great listen actually if you want your football fix, really enjoyed this week’s episode.
I have just finished reading an article on The Times about ticket touts and they said in that article that all Premier League clubs use digital tickets for home supporters so maybe it’s a PL directive. Maybe it’s all changed in the one year we were away!
I’ll be there with my other half. Train over from Reading tomorrow morning and staying in a serviced apartment near Cardiff Castle until Sunday. My missus has never been to Wales before so I had to tempt her with a nice apartment to get her to come!!
My seats are directly behind the home dug out and it was noticeable to me that Lumley wasn’t his usual happy self sat on the bench. He definitely looked proper p!ssed off. Which is understandable given he’s been the number 2 all season. And still is after Baz’s injury!
Ah man, I feel you for. My boy and I did the same at Preston away, left on 95 minutes to get a train back to Blackpool where we were staying and we missed Baz’s equaliser. Took me a few days to get over missing that one.
There were loads of people near me in block 5 of the Itchen leaving early, before Watford equalised even. Anyway, I’m sure people have their reasons for leaving early so I’m not going to criticise.
On Tuesday v Preston for instance I will have to leave 10 minutes before the end of the game so I can catch the 10pm train back to Ascot (via Basingstoke and Reading - getting back home around 1am) so we all have our reasons for leaving a match early.
I caught the train back to Reading after the Sunderland game on Saturday and sat next to me in an England coat was the former Saint Paul Williams. Bizarrely he was eating curry and chips!! Was a lovely guy though and spoke very well about Saints and our old friend WGS.
I do mate, yeah. I’m not on Twitter though so have no way of contacting him. Happy to give him the ticket if he could get in touch with me. I’m in Bristol right now.
I’ve got a spare ticket for tomorrow’s match at Bristol City if anyone wants it. I don’t want any money for it but there is a catch. It’s an U12 ticket, unfortunately my lad can’t go now. If anyone wants it let me know. I’ll be in Bristol around 5pm so can meet in the centre of Bristol or outside the stadium before the match.
I used it once this season for the Swansea game on Boxing Day. My seats are in block 5 directly behind the home dug out and both went within an hour of putting them on the exchange. Not used the exchange since though but my experience of it is pretty good.
I’ll be there. Train from Ascot via Clapham Junction and Willesden Junction. Aiming to be in Watford around midday so hope to see a few Saints fans on the train up there.
