One of my favourite trips , mini bus from morriston full of slightly excitable fans , remember a car full of toffies abusing us flying past only to end up next to us stuck in traffic the pee and fag bucket found it’s way over their car 🤣 amazing seeing the ground full of fellow swans fans , I had to pull the two stewards off a fellow morriston boy allowing him to escape back in to the pitch length stand and for me to get chased and end up behind the goals , Fun day no drama to be had wasnt that type of day part atmosphere, well we all know what happened in the ground but it went a bit silly outside after when a police officer in charge of a dog let the dog for absolutely nothing attack a kid of about 12 years old who was just walking past with his dad 🤦♂️ spoiled the party vibe as you can imagine |

At the time I was in the Welsh Guards and the Battalion were asked to provide a soldier to carry the cup on , my muka was the drill sergeant and as far as he was concerned there was only one person for the job but he sent it out to all , anyway when I got there for rehearsals on the Friday there was no format and I had to come up with a plan , anyway I had to March out and halt ( not bend and drive the foot in to the hallowed turf ) on a certain point the big balloon would open above me and the lady would come down on a rope and pass me the cup in the correct way so I could un hook it from her wrist ( attached by a wire just in case , take control with no reason to move the positioning , about turn March to the plinth place the cup down and March off , we rehearsed this 3 times on the Friday and on the morning of the game, everything went perfectly, however for the main event I marched out to my spot and as she was coming down a gust of wind blew the balloon and she came down behind me my world nearly ended there 🤦♂️, I about turned received the cup the wrong way and had to adjust and carry on and the rest went to plan , I had a vip pass and before the game I was allowed to do what I wanted had chats with laudrup Britton monk and my hero Curtis , if I spotted people in the crowd I could walk up and talk to them it was brilliant only drawback was they gave me tickets in the Bradford end |

Great day during a great time to be a swans fan I was lucky enough to receive from the lady gymnast and present/carry the cup at the start of the game , 100 years first major trophy and I got that gig 🦢 amazing experience but for some reason Wembley 1994 just tops every Wembley game since for me |

Early 90s was in the jeans shop on the high street with the old man he was talking to this bloke , Craig come here I want you to meet my mate Robbie James he used to play for the swans , I was a cheeky little shit at that time , who’s he play for now dad , he plays for the scum boy , “you should be ashamed of your self was my reply ( with a swear word amongst it ) , they pissed them selves , Robbie fair play Mike you have taught him well , first and only time I met him , wasn’t lucky enough to see him play but from what I have seen on tv / the internet he was hell of a player |

It was Infosys in partnership with Fujitsu and they were paid handsomely, and funnily enough infosys was co-founded by Rishi Sunak’s father in law and his wife recently received 6.7 million in dividends from her shares in the company , nothing to see here then |
