What (dare I say it) if we don't progress? Then what? Fact is the club have done things like this for years. Sticking it to loyal fans. Was not too long ago season ticket holders were yet again getting screwed when we were lower league with the group ticket discounts. If you bought individual tickets throughout the year along with the offers the club did you could attend all home games for a cheaper price than a season ticket holder had paid!

I love this football club, it's been a major part of my life for 49 years. I'm a loyal season ticket holder and travel from Hereford for all home games and go to as many away games as I can manage. I'm a Jack through and through, and will defend this club to the hilt. But when they get it wrong, they need to be told in no uncertain terms. In this case, they got it very wrong - Leigh Deneen and the rest of the board, I hope you're reading this. You have presided over a PR debacle here. Ive emailed the club a few times now asking what the chances are me and the other half would have of getting a ST for next season as ill be back in the country for a year. my parents also want season tickets. Ive asked if i can be placed on the waiting list of there is one and have never got a reply.
So probably resigned to keeping my cash as theres no chance im shelling out for every game as ill end up paying twice as much. |  |

Laughable.
Get some proper marketing people into the club not just hand out jobs to the boys. Every school from Pembroke to Bridgend to the Rhondda should have been offered these tickets. And offered for free, not discounted like they were to the select few Swansea schools that were offered them. |  |

They will not add more numbers to the support until they get the expansion sorted out. People on the waiting list for season tickets will soon lose patience and will to look to other avenues for entertainment. Last season I went to 9 league games with my young son. The cost worked out the same as if I bought season tickets, but only watched 9 league games. I have not attended one game this season because I refuse to pay the price and feel I don't get value for my money. I now have decided to buy season tickets for family to watch the Scarlets. Not ideal for me, but my family are enjoying their rugby. |  |

This is exactly the kind of situation the board really need to have at the forefront of their mind when mulling over whether expansion is a priority or simply a luxury.
I sincerely hope the BOD are not - as someone suggested earlier - focussing on trying to address the 1% deficit in a 99% full stadium rather than looking at the bigger picture. |  |

How on earth can any commercial information be gleaned from giving 400 tickets away free to people who potentially previously had no interest in the game.

Thereby receiving extra targets for marketing shots for the Liberty Stadium, this could be more beneficial to the Ospreys than us in view of the number of empty seats for them. Which could assist us in the share of total income for the stadium I suppose.
I wonder how many ticked the DPA "I do not want my details passed onto 3rd parties" box. We could end up with no marketing targets at all. |  |

As far as I'm aware, there was no questionnaire given out. I'm not sure whether name and addresses were taken but I doubt it.
