I don't even know why I bother coming on here because last Friday evening I was barred from this website for confirming that Gary Jones had been stripped of the club captaincy just hours earlier. A few weeks back I told you all about the all-day drinking session, in Manchester city centre, on the Monday before the win over Oldham and also about the fact that the Assistant Manager was drinking in the bookmakers on the same day. I was kicked-off here for confirming that story. I was lambasted and hammered on here last week when I confirmed that Jones and Coleman had to be seperated after the Sheffield United match. Friday evening was the best one though. I came on here to tell everybody that Jones had stormed-out of the training ground after Coleman and his assistant were 2 hours late for training after being at a function on Thursday night to raise funds for a non-league football club. Again nobody believed me, even though I confirmed that Jones had been stripped of the captaincy and that he wouldn't be playing on Saturday. I was right yet again, the post was soon deleted and I was kicked-off here! I can now announce to you that two of our most solid directors will pen their resignations shortly as they were against Coleman coming in and now would like him to be relieved of his duties along with his amateur backroom team. Just another indication of unrest and increasing depths of dislike for Coleman and disbelief in our out of touch Chairman. Hello, I dont normally view messageboards as i believe it is a medium for the fans to interact with each other, however I have been advised to have a look at this thread because of potential libellous content. I am amazed that anyone can be taken in by this individuals agenda which obviously has connections to a member of the playing staff and after having a good laugh at the inaccuracies I will once again refrain from viewing. Whilst I am on I will add my tuppence worth for those who are interested: The day out in Manchester was designed to get the lads together and knit closer Jimmy and myself stayed for a few hours then drove to Tranmere to watch them play Preston- we won on the Saturday. Nobody had to be seperated on the night of the Sheffield United game, words were exchanged exactly the same as every other dressing room in the country. We did not turn up 2 hours late for training last friday we were half an hour early as is the norm- we won on the Saturday. Gary Jones has not been stripped of the captaincy. Teams who play so called hoofball generally have less possession than the opposition - we have had more possession in all but one or two games check the BBC website. Possession alone counts for nothing and both Jimmy and I are as disappointed as anybody that we have not won more games. No fan or anybody connected with the club has ever asked me to resign. Everyone will see a different Rochdale next season regardless of what division we are in.

I personally hope that our manager is one sonofabitch and gives the club a damned good shake up from top to bottom. It needs it. It'll take time, but if we, the fans, can see that things are moving in the right direction (and we've had 40 years of crap before Hillcroft, so we know the right direction when we see it!), then take as long as it takes. |  |
