Depends on the seriousness of the damage to the MCL obviously but good news that the cruciates are not damaged . Will need rest and slowly the recuperation process can begin . No blood flow as such to the ligaments so you have to take your time - body needs to heal fully before any stress put on it that's where the time element comes in . |  | | |
