Juts got back from a week in and around Caen and the tram system there is excellent, 1.5 euro to hop on and off for an hour, a University City which heavily used by the locals and students alike. Whether Cardiff needs one is up for debate but there's greater needs for the rest of Wales before yet more taxpayers money is spent there.
They've just opened up a stretch of canal in the centre although I've not seen many people using the gondolas on it . | |
