He’s scored 100 goals in his pro career so I’d say overall he’s quite prolific.
Should do well at Southend’s level.

He looks absolutely delighted.

'What do we want? We don't know! When do we want it? Now!'

Surprised to see he’s still only 28. Should score a few at that level.

Another player that wasn’t very good, but nevertheless I can’t muster any dislike for. Decent scoring record when he arrived, terrible when he left.

That’s on us.

He plays on the shoulder of the last man, but if the ball doesn’t come he rolls off side.
Maybe selfish to think it’s coming, but he is a striker and every millisecond counts, and they are selfish.
Other teams will play to his strengths and play the ball earlier. He wasn’t half as bad as most on here make out.
As an ex respectable servant of my club I wish him all the best

He was a f*cking cockwomble, on us! He was shite and he was a big part of why we were shite at that time, that’s why he’s playing non league at 28

Weird player. Went on loan to Ipswich and scored in practically every game in the first half of it and then nothing second half.

He didn’t hold anyone’s head down the toilet bowl to sign us though did he?

Being shite does not necessarily a cockwomble make.

Yet Armstrong scored 3 in 62 and a lot of people thought he was great.

The majority of those were probably 10 minute appearances though. I know he got caught off-side a lot but I thought he was a bit unlucky for us and looked more of a striker than Dykes when he came on at times.

Well I didn’t say that did I? But since you did….

If you had to go into battle, which one would you rather be behind/with???

Macauley Bonne Or Sinclair Armstrong? even his name sounds better plus we got 1/2mil for him, the other one is playing non league

This is giving me inspiration for a new thread ‘Dozzel, the friendly ghost’ well actually he was just a misunderstood footballing genius - if only we’d of played to his strengths. The wholes things totally on us as we signed someone we were hoping was going to be good, but it turned out they were shite so we got rid of them and it turns out, they are still shite

It's the Football League, not Platoon.

Poll: QPR to finish 7th or Brentford to drop out of the top 6?
