Appreciate last season Russell but simply not good enough at this level. This insistence on playing out from the back and picking Jack Stephens is beyond belief. He obviously isn’t going to change so it will become a question of when not if he is sacked.

Replacements I guess available would be Potter or Moyes ? Anyone else ?

Sorry but unfortunately he's not going to be sacked. He'll be here until Xmas at a minimum, but I reckon he'll still be in charge next season even if we're in the Championship. In a way it's a good thing that they don't sack him now because if they did they'd just go for RM Lite, when what we need is a total change of plan.

I don’t blame the players. This crazy way they try and play out from the back must affect the players confidence.
