Hull is for Heroes match thread on 16:49 - Dec 9 by Gloucs_R | Best Ref we've had this season |
When you are playing well and with a bit of confidence... the Ref doesn't seem to affect the game as much. That's my theory anyway😉

They've looked a very good team. Made a big difference when their winger went off.

He really seems to have made a difference at the back alright. Don't think his talent was ever in doubt TBH. Stay fit young man...we need you. Players must have restored a lot of confidence in themselves since Marti came in.
Hull is for Heroes match thread on 17:01 - Dec 9 with 2376 views | Tonto | Great win. Such a shame that after winning 3 in a row we are still 3rd from bottom. But there are now so many teams I. Reach next week! Let's keep it going u rrrrsss!

Hull is for Heroes match thread on 17:01 - Dec 9 with 2339 views | aston_hoop | Full time. 2-0. 3 wins from 3 for the Rs, back to back clean sheets. What Cifuentes is doing to our squad is nothing short of incredible. From looking like a side who would struggle in League 2 to go to this is remarkable. He is some coach

Hull is for Heroes match thread on 17:04 - Dec 9 with 2186 views | SherryHoop | I really really enjoyed that performance. The shape is lovely and the management of energy, organisation, work off the ball and communication is class. It looks like everyone is so relieved to be playing in this shape. Whole team played well....at the same time and it was beautiful. I'm off for a Paella and some Estrella

Hull is for Heroes match thread on 16:50 - Dec 9 by Damo1962 | How wrong I was about a lot of these players...and glad to be proved so. Players have responded so well to Marti, and are obviously enjoying their football again. Hopefully we can put the nightmare that was GA behind us...and I don't mean to disrespect Gareth. |
I wanted the building depopulated not much more than a month ago, so I am now tucking into a large slice of humble pie. For a team that's 'got no goals in it', that 3 wins and 8 goals on the spin now. Today's performance contained so much to admire - shape, press, running, discipline, and two quality strikes when we needed them. What a difference a (good) coach makes to players who were good after all! [Post edited 9 Dec 2023 17:07]
