The is thread is gross over reaction. Football fans in general accept gross insults as part of the deal ("man up and take on the chin flower") but weirdly get hyper sensitive about 'nothing comment' which are not controversial at all.
I presume winter and Marsh are working their redundancy or looking for new roles in the organisation. Mr Marsh in particular was thrown in the deep end and might be willing to stay on. He is in his early thirties and probably too inexperienced to be the main recruitment man for a club the size of Swansea. The owners knowing little trading was likely were prepared to give him the job.
It is not wise to keep recruitment people working their notice as they have access to the clubs recruitment databases which can go rapidly onto the computer stick when the exot door bekons. |  |

You do not care a jot about filthy chants. Most fans giggle while a substantial number groan and ignore it or like me take it for what it is (filth). You are not bothered because you do not really care too much about Welsh heritage, history, culture language and government. You have no empathy. You are an Anglophile. Sheep stuff is very simply an ethnic slur which is repeated to a Welsh policeman will get you a criminal record on racial discrimination charges.
Coleman is an investor are you nuts? . It is his money that pays for Piroe's and Manning's new contracts (hopefully). He could turn around tomorrow and say I have changed my mind and taking my £5M? somewhere else. It is more than Reynolds invested in Wrexham and the North Walians are queuing up for selfies with him. This is the problem, he is one of three investors and from what is transpiring a whole load of anonymous others and a bloke called Ferguson. Not dissimilar to the American majority owners on a far smaller level before disclosures were made. And I’m not saying any of that is bad. The club needs financial backing, especially when it is trying to be sustainable.
Nothing seems to be transparent though no matter what happens at the club.
Just my opinion.
