A quick update 18:20 - Feb 1 with 1707 views | Jack123 | Hope you are all doing well. Things are going well for me, the coming weekend will be the fourth weekend without alcohol, feel so much better without it, sleep is fantastic compared to what it used to be, gone from 4 hours a night on average, to 8 plus. And just generally happier. I'm not celebrating yet, I know it's early days Still surprised I managed even to do this, the first weekend I intended only to cut down, and instead of buying lots was just going to buy ten cans, but on the way to the supermarket, I saw a fella walking to the local shop with a can in his hand, it was quite early, and it put me right off. I'm glad, I saw him now.

A quick update on 19:42 - Feb 1 with 1612 views | britferry | Well done. I did it last January and carried it on for 3 months in all, was a lot easier as we were in lock-down and the pubs were shut, felt good doing it too. This Saturday, I will be down the pub getting hammered watching the rugby and then the Swans, I would have failed dismally trying it this year.

| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

A quick update on 12:52 - Feb 2 with 1305 views | Sirjohnalot | This is brilliant to hear, I was getting worried about you. You've done the hardest bit now. Why don't you put aside the money you would have spent every day on beer into a jar and see it mount up or if that may be a temptation, transfer the money online into a separate account with the aim of buying something for you or your family ? That way it's not just something you are giving up. This has really made my day. DM's always open x
