They just want to be free so why are you so scared ?

Why try to ‘keep’ a subsidised people who voted to leave ?

Maybe the figures are more bollox then, yes ?

If they want to be free why vote to stay in the Union?

When did they vote to leave?

Maybe that statement is just more bollox then, yes?

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

Aye,Killy like a good rebellion

It can only end in disaster the southern states in the USA VOTED to the union but of course it was not legal unless approved by the national government. That lead to the most disastrous war in American history.

I am not scared at all with be a huge financial gain the the English taxpayers but a hard border between Scotland and England will be a disaster for the Scottish economy and tourist trade. I believe free trade is good for both countries and the uk is stronger as a democratic union.

Good post.
English will stay well away from Scotland if indy occured.
Most of the traffic is southwards.

Scotland is easily forgotten;Wales less so possibly as its more accessible.

Poll: Christmas. Enjoyable or not

Felix.
I used to be an Indy and had all sorts of Indy sound bites scratched on to my satchel. Independence seemed exciting ,rebellious and just what annoy your parents. Normal at 14.
I still have a Byrds LP with my defacing scrawl all over the album notes.I d photo and pot it if I could. It shows the madness of being 14.

I struggle to see how breaking away from England would in any work work.

It will never happen

It will.

The latest poll, published by ITV News on 4 March 2021, showed that 39% were in favour of independence.

Add in Scotland breaking away.
Add in the united Ireland situation.

Wales Indy is now huge.
Difficult see from the Wirral i suppose.

Yes, she knows how to reward the people who have cared for so many.

Johnson and his 1% is about as out of touch as he is.

I am sure the Scots will give her a thumping majority again.

Keep dreaming, irrespective of any majority, there's no independence vote coming any time soon.

I think you are going to be in for a surprise, the Scottish people have seen her for what she is.

Ruth Davidson will make an excellent First Minister

What about the poll that showed only 14% of Wales voted for independence in the St David's day poll.

You do know your poll has omitted all the unknown opinions which has biased the results

You know all about rigged polls after the antics of your terrorist friens.

That poll showed nothing off the sort, it left out don't knows and wouldn't vote which skewed the numbers.

Indy is not huge in Wales and if it was 39% then by the same reasoning abolish the assembly would be around 41%.

No matter how mnay times you repeat a lie, it doesn't make it true. It's just wishful thinking on your part.

How old are you Kilkenny? You asked someone else that but you've yet to answer yourself yet.

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

I don't know how old he is but he asks others questions he won't answer himself. What has he to hide?

It's not like I'm asking where he lives.

It's hardly my fault if his posts lead people to think he's about 12.

Why does it matter ?

I have voted for many many years.

However I would rather listen to - say - a young Comrade Nicola, than a fat mature raving English nationalist like Johnson.
Its the quality that counts, not the candles on a cake.

I have to say the pensioners on here are the most embarrassing posters, so age is no guide at all.

Ruth Davidson would good a good prime minister.
To the Tories everlasting shame, they marginalised her and she stuck to Scottish affairs.

She has interlect, unposh, straight to the point, and would slaughter the likes of Ms Rayner ,Abbott, Sultana is any debate. A serious player who has been lost the Britain.

I actually think the Conservatives are less astute than Labour ,looking around.

The Tory MP jerk ripping into Hancock yesterday no doubt has chums in the Alcohol/Gaming industry to answer to.
