Very proud to be voted Planet Swans Poster of the Year 2017 by my fellow posters. Especially on a site that nearly had 20 million impressions last year.
Poll: What is your favourite Knock?

Think we should bring on Grimes instead.

Lol make that Carroll.

POTY 2015
Poll: Biggest signing so far in January? (just curious what Planet Swans thinks)

Bristol City's passing is slicker and more accurate than ours and Andreas Weimann is head and shoulders above everybody else on the pitch. Very classy player. We 've played some good stuff but it all looks a bit disjointed and non-threatening. If Montero comes on then the players have to be ordered to get the ball to him. Otherwise he's totally ineffectual on the wing as he was against Leeds. We are missing Fer's physical presence in midfield. I feel sorry for Ollie - he's getting bugger-all service.

I think Fer must have a slight niggle not to be coming on when we are behind.

Is Tom Carroll playing?

Not that I can recall.

Swans making them look like a Man City. Milder couple of tidy saves.

No.
We have been totally outplayed, I think this really puts our squad in to perspective.

Didn't think it would happen this quickly! What a monumental fvck up!

Top man whoever it is. Problem is, if that long code that keeps briefly popping up around the screen is a personal identification code, I fear he'll be waking up to a banned account in the morning

Look how much better the team plays when Fer walks on the pitch, but taking Ollie off is an odd call.

There are some positives - young squad, plenty of character and a top young manager. But realistically I think we're probably a mid-table team with a paper thin squad, and I'm afraid that once the suspensions, injuries and midweek games roll in we'll be in danger of plummeting

Owners - old and new - what the f*ck have you done?

McKay is not doing well down the right hand side, not crossing quickly enough and trying to beat the man when he can't.

Poor performance. Potter can't keep starting Asoro, he's gash.

Big Joe decent again. He'll be looking for a better team than ours pretty soon.

We are mediocre and lightweight. Another unenjoyable season ahead I fear.

The cups need to be binned off early this season. No time or resources for that.

We are 3 signings from being quality. But if we dont get them or they dont perform we will be quite inconsistent this season

With our thin squad I'm afraid there will be plenty of days like this. In the end I thought the better team won. Our midfield isn't the same without Fer at present, but even if he comes on our attack isn't the same without Oli. That is the problem a team has if there are no alternatives in multiple positions (VDH would be another).

Had the bizarre situation here in SE Asia today where the Swans TV stream was freezing to the point that there was just a static image, while the Vipbox ripoff of the Swans TV stream was rock solid. What on earth are the people who run Swans TV doing?

Montero was very quick and they had to put 3 men on him, unfortunately we could not take advantage of having 2 men over somewhere else.
Both Asoro and McKay could not get past there Left back.

Imo, we looked like a team who had given 100% in a game 4 days ago and looked slightly off the pace and leggy today

Our squad is very thin and a couple of good additions (+ maybe Bony back) and we will be ok. We wont be winning any league titles this season tho

Same problem we had back in the Monk era, Jeff gets the ball and the rest of the team stops to watch.

Some neat passing, mainly in non-threatening areas. Jeff made a difference and laid on a couple of chances, but unfortunately Celina didn't have his shooting boots on, though he generally did well. Fer looked good, but wasn't brought on until late. Mulder made some excellent saves and looks the real deal. I did wonder if Jeff had a penalty shout with one challenge.
