If promotion in clubs plans 05:56 - Oct 1 with 3072 viewsvicebad

I wish Rochdale to go on with the recent good run, but I'm afraid it's only temporal. Sooner or later the doubts of the start of the season will come back and a question could arise. Is avoiding relegation the biggest goal of this club? But why not think of promotion and how to do it. First of all a new manager, not just an experienced one. Only in good form manager will do. After years of analysing in my opinion there are 3 types of form: good, flat and bad. When in good form manager comes he changes environment from negative to positive and with the same players the team starts to play better. It has a reciprocal effect. Incoming manager contributes about 60-70% by changing environment, players only 30-40%. After a while a vice versa effect produces and players start to contribute more. I'm sure in a bad playing team players are never to blame. They just need a positive environment to get the best out of themselves. That's what decides relegation from promotion.
Obviously players have similar cycles of form and by bringing them club becomes a clear favorite to get promoted.
Many will criticize me, some will doubt, but I'm sure I could help advising the club in bringing the right manager and players at the right time.
I understand that I would have to prove that. I think of posting my predictions on some game outcomes and my comments on new managers

Were you one of those blokes on Big Sam's video?

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

Can't be Tazzy unless he cut and pasted "reciprocal" - far too many big words

One of the funniest things I've seen on here for awhile. Credit must be given for the clear well written piece that I can only assume was created at 6am after a heavy night of drinking

Poll: What are we more excited for?

tbf, it's almost certainly written by someone with English as a second language (that wouldn't rule out tazzy altogether) but my guess is either East European or possibly African

Or written by someone deliberately trying to disguise who they are.

When you say 'years of analysing', do you mean like on the radio or summat?

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

But why not think of promotion and how to do it.
Tick. Done it twice now with current manager thanks.

First of all a new manager, not just an experienced one.
Better the devil you know than the devil you don't?

Only in good form manager will do. Tick

After years of analysing in my opinion there are 3 types of form: good, flat and bad.
Took you years to come up with that? Really?

When in good form manager comes he changes environment from negative to positive and with the same players the team starts to play better.
Tick ........ gone from bottom to 11th

It has a reciprocal effect.
We've had enough of those over the years thanks!

Incoming manager contributes about 60-70% by changing environment, players only 30-40%.
Current manager has created an environment where young players want to come and play good football and achieve success. What needs changing?

After a while a vice versa effect produces and players start to contribute more.
Struggling to imagine how our players could have contributed more than the Charlton and Bolton games. See comments about reciprocal effect for vice versa effect.

I'm sure in a bad playing team players are never to blame.
Ever seen England play?

They just need a positive environment to get the best out of themselves. That's what decides relegation from promotion.
How is Holmes these days, Sherlock?

Obviously players have similar cycles of form and by bringing them club becomes a clear favorite to get promoted.
Is that like when there's lots of women working together and their periods align?

Many will criticize me, some will doubt, but I'm sure I could help advising the club in bringing the right manager and players at the right time.
Change Many and some to all and you're nearly there. Then check recent form.

I understand that I would have to prove that.
You can buy FIFA 17 for about £40, so there's your chance!

I think of posting my predictions on some game outcomes and my comments on new managers
There's a weekly predictions thread. You're at a bit of a disadvantage joining late, but I'm sure you're happy to start with a handicap and you'll be top of the league at the end of the season.

Your wind-up would have been more effective when we were bottom btw.
