Wilf 11:25 - Jan 10 with 3576 views | canhecatchit | Sorry if Sir Les is involved with this one, but Sky Sports are saying that Citeh are to offer him back to us for a cut price. I would have him back, snatch their hands off I say

We'd need to sell, as his fee was the only thing keeping us above the financial waterline! I'd be shocked, and delighted, if he went for it anyway.

Wilf on 11:36 - Jan 10 with 3451 views | Johnw102 | Would be fantastic, but can't see it happening, wages would be stumbling block, best we could hope for is loan till end of season.
| Never knew getting old would happen so quick! |

Wilf on 11:38 - Jan 10 with 3429 views | icecoldjack | A loan is the only possibility IMO. Wilf would also have to really fancy a return to our shop window, the only reason for that would be out of respect to us and our situation, thats being romantic on my part though! personally i think he will go to a top club in Europe.

We would need to sell. I for one would sell my mother to get Wilf back. Offer him the terms he wants and see if he bites. If he wants to stay in the prem we've got as much chance as any club but if he wants to go abroad he's never coming back.

Wilf on 12:03 - Jan 10 with 3216 views | A_Fans_Dad | Don't forget they still owe us money on the original deal, we hich reduces the up front costs quite a bit.

That's the most mental thing about this. We are paying Gomis as much as Man City are paying Bony.

Aye but his wages probably include the 'signing on' fee, as I couldn't see us paying all that up front. Just a guess. I know City's owner said they weren't going to subsidise anyone's wages (think when SS went out on loan), but as they owe us money on Will, there may be some wiggle room- small loan fee, they pay the wages to him instead of paying us sort of thing. Will was pretty wasteful in front of goal for us, but Bafe is just a waste of a squad number/ wages/ spare seat in the dugout (sell as a seasie??) at the mo. Win-win. Will gets the game time/ puts himself in the shop window/ has a chance to impress Pep Guardiola for next season We get someone who will at least put in the effort and score some (providing we can make some chances for him.) Bafe in part ex and we've hit the deal of the century!
| If you wake up breathing, thats a good start to your day and you'll make many thousands of people envious. |
