As well as Ishmael Miller, Pool added Everton youngster John Lundstram and former Brighton midfielder Andrea Orlandi.
Orlandi has been training with the club for more than a week and played in the weekend's friendly against Burnley. The 30-year-old agreed terms over the weekend but confirmation of a deal was delayed until last night. He's well known to Pool fans having faced them over the years for previous clubs Swansea and Brighton. Orlandi has signed a one year deal and will wear the number eleven shirt. |  |

A friend of mine who is a BHA ST holder stated that the Brighton fans were up in arms at the release of Orlandi. He was their most creative player by far but the problem was keeping him fit. I look forward to seeing him in tangerine on Saturday. It is a statement from the manager about how he wants the game to be played and who he wants to carry out his plan, very pleased with this addition. UTP |  |
