Why did Marti (or Christian), bring in so many new players ? They are no better than what we had and it seems to have destroyed any spirit in the squad.

I'm inclined to agree - the only caveat being that, possibly, players in the modern game are expected to “track back” to cover their defences and defenders need to take more part in attacks. Whether any of this is true, I know not.
We seem to have a fine keeper there. Of course, it begs the old question - “who keeps goal with the goalkeeper's daughter when the goalkeeper's busy keeping goal”
