Flabbergasted! No high ranking Trust representative should go nowhere near the place. It's the last place any high ranking Trust member should socialise in. F#cking hell it's seen as a viper's nest by many now. It'll be interesting to see if he goes there ever again or if he is seen to be socialising with them outside of SCFC environment in the future. IMO the only excuse(s) at his disposal for any Morgan's visitations are? He can make out he (maybe genuinely so?) is incredibly thick, insane, detached from complete and utter reality or naive to the point where he shouldn't even be a SCST member let alone a high ranking supporter director.
Think of the damage, suspicion and distress he and his actions (even if out of innocent naivety/ or with an entirely innocent explanation) can cause to fellow SCST high ranking members of genuine intent and reputation? Dragging others through the mud because of his actions? And think of the damage he can do to the Trust itself at this vital moment in time?
Like I said I sincerely hope he is deliberately doing this to gain vital information for the Trust?.......Acting like a double agent!?......If not?......Ummmmmm Holy Sh#t!!!!!!

If they start paying themselves consultancy fees though, that does become an unfair prejudice. They can't do anything that decreases the value of the Trust's shareholding.

I was hoping this would have been covered in the governance and roles and responsibility documents that have taken an age to complete and should have been online now (they've been approved at the October meeting but a hold up with getting them published - should be resolved in a day or so), but yes HC does receive recompense from the club for his SD and SLO activities, which have been a full-time job so view of the Trust board has been that it covers loss of earnings. |  |

Given that this wasn't more transparent, I think that's a valid criticism and was why I've been very keen on the governance papers being agreed. However, if someone is effectively working full time at the club, it's unreasonable to expect them to do that for free. | |
