Pochettino Had A Weird Bonding Ritual At Southampton Sunday, 4th Oct 2015 13:36 Former Saints player Jack Cork has revealed that Mauricio Pochettino had a weird bonding ritual for his squad at Southampton. Speaking to The Sun Cork told of a very strange ritual that Mauricio Pochettino made his Southampton squad take part in that involved an arrow being held against the throat of a player by one of his teammates. 'Each player had to place the point of the arrow into the soft tissue area at the notch of their throat while a team-mate held the other end,' Cork explained to The Sun. 'You then had to push against the arrow until it bent or snapped - it felt like the arrow was going into your throat. But there was no chance of injuring yourself. It was a team-bonding thing to build up trust in your team-mates.' A little strange from the Argentinian and it seems one of the things that Jack Cork and his ex team mates at Saints wherever they may be now don't miss.
