| News Comment | Smyth’s smash and grab stuns City – Report at 22:04:06
Thanks Clive! Yes, Morrison again excellent, and I just assume each week Nardi will make half a dozen amazing saves, after watching the "Brain numbing" first 45 against Oxford, and then this "Alamo" type defensive exhibition, I wonder are we saving it up for the return of the magnificent 3? or is it 4? Surely their are health risks for you Clive reporting this stuff every week? Are the club trying to make us consume more alcohol deliberately? Oh well, I'm sure Preston will be very different. Thanks Clive! |
| News Comment | Field the world, lets them know it’s Rangers’ time – Report at 10:12:16
Yes, nailed it Clive, first 45 mins the worst football I have ever seen at LoftutRoad,, (circa 1965 and including the Crystal Palace Christmas game). Yes, I was screaming when Cook did the overlap and Smythe didn't pass it to him, ( that's how you lose games), and Ashby should be getting the feel of the Championship by now, ( I'm sure theirs a good player their somewhere but it looks like nerves, and definitely not enjoying being played on wrong side. Love Saito, ( when did he become Japanese? Congratulations anyway on his new citizenship!) fabulous attitude, really battles and a very good player! Oh by the way Bristol City are playing like us at the moment tactics wise. Great report as usual Clive! |
| News Comment | QPR finally taste home victory as Norwich suffer Kolli-wobble – Report at 00:08:33
Great stuff Clive! Come on........you know nobody relaxes until the fifth goal go's in! Yes, agree about Referee and offside goals, and I thought the Morgan foul was a Red for the elbow. very clear from F Block. So pleased for Jimmy Dunne, I'm sure he will have put that one in for his Dad. Morrison carried on superbly again from Watford, he looks so calm, and can put it about when required, what a fun couple to bump into on a rainy day, Cook and Morrison, no wonder Barnes wasn't up for it. This team were up for it and battled to a result, it was just to cold and wet for Norwich on a Saturday afternoon. Captured perfectly as usual Clive! |

Clive, don't forget your sense of humour is probably big factor in us all hanging in their still supporting, still cheering, ( I actually enjoyed the Stoke game and the Watford game, the players are definitely putting in a shift, and I guess I just like Marti, I remember last year ? Maybe? Marti being asked before Norwich away, are we going to get a point? and he said no way we are going their to win! ( We played well, and I think Sam Field missed a sitter at the death? ( Sorry if it wasn't you Sam!). Cheers Clive! |
| News Comment | Everything but the goal – Report at 00:33:03
Great report Clive, (as usual). I really enjoyed the game, was not expecting this against Watford. Yes thought Morrisey was very good, Saito ran himself into the ground, and never gives up, the handball that the Ref always misses , is becoming a joke, Sunday morning fair enough, but Professional level ? come on! Nardi is amazing, but I must admit huge fan of Varanne, he is one skilful son of a bitch! Thanks Clive! |
| News Comment | Celar's deepening nightmare leaves QPR well adrift – Report at 18:04:41
Excellent as always Clive, compared to the late 60's and 70's Celar is getting an easy ride from the fans, ( abuse wont solve anything, he just should not be out their), I actually enjoyed the game , lots of shots, end to end etc etc but as you mentioned Marti's lap of pitch had a very emotional this does not look good feel about it, I was singing his name, I want him to stay, if he had by some miracle arrived half a season earlier a lot of the terrible mistakes might not have been made. I agree about Ward, I had good view of Stoke late "Goal" I didn't see the handball, I thought it was a goal no complaints. Clive wasn't their a nailed on handball by a QPR player in our Penalty area in the Second Half? (am I imagining it? or was this an alcohol related issue?) Great report Clive! |

Excellent! Thanks Clive! It's grim but at least fans now know what the actual injury situation is, Bonkers=Don't tell the fans, why would they need to know |

Great report Clive Lot of confidence in team now , ( even in losing positions) wonderful moment at the end, so pleased for Alfy. Cheers Clive! |
| News Comment | Twice in a week – Report at 19:58:59
Oh god! The match report is so funny I can't stop laughing! " The curvature of a Brazilian underwear models local back" This stuff is on a par with Portsmouth bloke years ago saying it wasn't a Penalty? Definitely one of your finest Clive, my hangovers and alcohol intake have increased beyond belief since Marty arrived. Wonderful Clive! |
| News Comment | Dykes completes QPR's surprise Steel City redemption arc - Report at 23:36:44
Marvellous Clive That's exactly as I saw it Clive, (with Lloyd}, and after 15 minutes I put my Guinness down and thought "that's odd? why is Veronne playing for Sheffield United?). The Championship was proving a very nasty shock for him, but after a disastrous start he did readjust like any good Pro, by kicking lumps out of anyone who came near him, until he was Booked and Pulled. (I do think their is a good player their once he has adjusted to the Championship.) Dembele, OMG shall we just give him an additional name Stan Dembele? What a talent and playmaker, he terrified Shef United, (sort of Dave Thomas with a chunk of Lee Cook?) Great match report (as usual) Cheers Clive! |
| News Comment | The Coventry Conference – Report at 15:37:02
Clive! Trigger alert please! If I am going to sit down for a serious read about a ( in the end) wonderful season, discussing a very good new keeper, Dunne settled at full back, and as mentioned a fine performance from a very talented and technical player, I do not expect to find Laura Bloody Kunsberg, ( or "The Mail on Sunday" as she is known in circles) in my bloody post match season summary!! Well done Clive for telling it how it is, with very funny and excellent match reports, a pretty good season for you too Clive! |
| News Comment | Dykes' long awaited goal secures crucial QPR win - Report at 15:05:14
Yes Clive, agree about Jake , he reminds me a lot of Roy McFarland at Derby, ( a great Centre Half who was clever, physical when he needed, and could take the ball up the pitch, playing next to Colin Todd helped as well!). Very hard work, but Preston are a good side. Always remember Wigan away for my worst ever hangover. Great report Clive. Class |
| News Comment | Three is the cursed number as QPR fall in a hole at Hull - Report at 18:51:42
Excellent match report, (painfully accurate), had visions of those two? Nahki Wells penalties against Birmingham? but all is now forgiven. Yes, Hull were good, (they were at our place), should be interesting now that Leicester and Leeds are trying to play their way into the relegation battle. Cheers Alex! very good report |
| News Comment | Complacent QPR caught cold by Owls – Report at 00:46:55
Absolutely correct Clive. Had a bad feeling about this game, we are always awful against them. Banham always controls game, ( even sitting 60 yards off). A draw would have been ok, and yes Marti has quite correctly accepted some responsibility for this dreadful performance. Marti a tadge slow in reacting to Sheffield Weds changes in second half. Cheers Clive. |
| News Comment | Risen indeed – Report at 22:10:05
Wonderful Clive! "Down towards the goal" I must admit I just stopped breathing, surely not today, I'm sorry I said those things about GWR! Great report Clive, yes, Clarke Salter or Cook, MOM. Day destroyed by GWR, well done Marti and the R'ss Cheers Clive! |
