Continuity is the first word that springs to mind when I Look at Coventry. Robins had been at the club for five years and the board decided to renew his contract at the end of last season. Incidentally, their form in the second half of last season tailed off like ours, yet the decision-makers objectively saw the significant progress made under Robins' stewardship, hence new contract.
For continuity at Coventry, read disruption at QPR, and unnecessarily so in my view. With just five games left, only four sides have bettered the points' haul we managed last season of 66 points. |
