just moved and found some dvds i forgot about - just watched 2004-2005 - what a season paul furlong imperious , holloway passionate , team spirit , ainsworth ,gallen ,bircham cookie togetherness and fun . if you have it watch the xtras again and ollies "syrup sketch" , chuckle brothers - can you imagine anyone from the current crop bonding like this squad obviously did . one of the funniest things though was unintentional - sean derry getting sent off for leeds at loftus road - was that a mullet on the greying one?

Funny old season that one. I feared the worst at the start when we were struggling to get that first win then it came with hand of bean. That seemed to spur that team on and that 7 game run was awesome.

That was the fans QPR that era. Sadly behind the scenes that twunt GP had started to unravel it all.

I loved that team and that season. Everything I wanted from a QPR team. Sadly, as said, things starting to unravel behind the scenes.

Is this about to descend into a Monty Python sketch?

OK I know it isn't strictly Monty Python, but on "Live at Drury Lane" was the first time I heard it.

It was actually written by Tim Brook Taylor (Goodies). It was developed over the years and was performed by the MP gang on the Secret Policemans Ball and then it wa srepeated a couple off times at other comedy events.
Comedy genius.
