Come on people this guy has been open and honest with the fans and has put a huge investment and input into the club . Whilst I agree our preseason has been shoddy and our start to the season has been a disaster , I still think we should back this guy and trust his judgement as he believes he has the right guy doing the job that needs to be done . Last season he said all along have faith and we survived , this season he said we need to be patient and it will come good. Look I am not comfortable with the way things are going at the moment but let's face it Rome wasn't built in a day and the influx of too many players has made it difficult for us to be a settled team at the moment. BUT I back tf and I am glad he is still making his own decisions and not knee jerk reactions the qpr fans should back him and his decisions no matter what. If I were TF, I'd make 100% sure the Mittals were with me and then batten down the hatches, with no more big money signings.
I'd give MH until the end of December and that's it, no more Mr Nice Guy.
I'd go for a proven coach, someone who knows how to organize a team.
Perhaps one of those Dutch coaches, don't mind if he's young or old.
If we get relegated, so be it, as long as we have the money men still with us. |

TF should shoulder some of the blame he is at the top of the tree, he is the one running the show. Fernandes appointed Hughes, Fernandes must of given the final go ahead to sign the players, Fernandes would of ok'd the astronomical wages that some of these are on.Fernandes gave Hughes a free reign at QPR.
Fernandes who has never ran a football club in his life opted to appoint Phil Beard and decided to surround himself in the boardroom with non footballing personnel.
It was Fernandes who began to make bold statements on how the manager and backroom staff were the best thing to happen to QPR (whilst we still and do search for our first win). Far too much backslapping and highfives going on before this team had even kicked a ball.
The pre season was farcical something similar to a Paladini roadshow,playing tin pot clubs when we should of been getting the players and used to playing together.
TF seemed like a kid in the sweetshop during the Transfer window statements like 'Were QPR our business is never done'. Ialso dont like the way TF throws the word stability back at the fans 'You wanted stability when i came'. I cant remember what TF tweeted after the Reading game but that was a corker too.
Whilst MH should take the majority of the flack for the mess on the pitch,imho TF is not entirely blameless. Whilst the previous board ran a tight financial ship here we look like we are heading for meltdown should we get relegated. [Post edited 1 Jan 1970 1:00]

Thats true including against ourselves, when they were very poor, in fact that game should in many ways be a good starting point as to the sort of failings we have under Hughes, go 3-0 down then start playing. |  | | |
