Aribo’s supposed trip on Isak was less blatant than the trip by Semedo on Fernandez in the game at Wolves
Both were reviewed by VAR, both went against us even though they were allegedly the same offence and neither should have been given as they weren’t clear and obvious mistakes by the referee |  | | |

Well I must be a retard then, because I didn't think it was a penalty.
Aribo was in front or at least level with Itak & was entitled to go for the ball.
Itak's leg wraps around Aribo's so it's not a foul by Aribo.
Also if you look close enough you'll see that Itak was tugging on Aribo's shirt pulling him down.
But I agree with everybody else that VAR is killing our wonderful game, we won't have to worry about that next season in the Championship, bring it on. |  | | |

Have just watched MOTD from last night and though I thought it was never a pen when live, afraid it was and no complaints. Aribo didn't even touch the ball
Unfortunately that definitely changed the game for us as heads went down both on and off the pitch and although I wouldn't go as far as to say Fernandes "goal" was def on or offside it wouldn't have made a great deal of difference, but how on earth could they justify about 4 minutes to decide though!
