I don't think Dibling should start just yet, I can see some cynical PL players taking him out, and he could end up injured, especially as he doesn't wear shin pads.
I'd bring him on at about 60 mins when the opposition have tired, to make his surging runs. He needs careful handling to build up his stamina. | | | |

Dibling does wear shinpads. It's a regulation, he has to. I saw a photo of him where you could see the line under his sock. They're little shinpads like the ones Grealish wears.

It's fashionable to wear kids shin pads these days - the ones that are barely bigger than a fag packet.
FA rules stipulate that all players must wear shin pads, so some players prefer to go for the smallest ones available.
When I played Sunday League, I used to wear ones that were like a sock, incorporating decent shin and ankle protection, because of what you could get away with back then. In my Veterans League now, I still wear good quality large shin pads, but generally that is now because players are slower than they think they are and often 'mistime' tackles !! :-) |  |
