Biggest thing for me today was conceding the equaliser but sticking at it. We all know the problems with this group of players, one result doesn't change that, but it does suggest a certain mental strength that hasn't been evident elsewhere this season.
This. first half we were awful, second half we got much closer to them, and matched them. As you say, heads did not drop after the equaliser. Armstrong terrorises defenders - the pace, the aggression, the glowering. Watch how many dodgy passes were played by defenders as he closed them down. Really pleased for dickie - i think he's been much better last few games, Field - because he's the one who has really kept going, and Martin, because I like him as a genuine person. Chair - the cut in's and shots kept them honest. And Ainsworth - I have my views on his ability, but we all know he cares. And he made the half time substitution that HAD to be made. Feel for Drewe, terrorised by a very good player. The shit-housing was awful, but it was our shit-housing.

At most another 3 points will see QPR mathematically safe but realistically 1 or 2 should suffice as Wigan, Reading, Cardiff, Huddersfield and Rotherham all face each other in the run in.
Rotherham Cardiff and t’uddersfield all have a game in hand.

I think if we match Reading's result in the next game then we're safe.
That's right, I think. 49pts guarantees safety now, I'm guessing, 48 almost certainly. We basically need one more 'push' of something - dunno what. 47pts unlikely to be enough.
I can't believe what has taken place this pm. I'm happy but numb.
Well done to GA and the entire Rangers team and squad. Haven't written that in a long time.

Great win: well done Ainsworth and the players.
Some of the bed wetting on this thread in the first half when we were holding the runaway unbeaten at home league leaders to a draw are cringeworthy
In fairness we were only holding them to 0-0 only thanks to their poor finishing, some desperate last-ditch blocks and multiple goal-line clearances. Could easily have been three or four down.
The players deserve huge credit for pulling out that second-half performance, but I'm not sure any of us could have seen it coming.

Couldn’t be happier for our fans who follow this club up and down the country. They deserve this win for their unwavering commitment in such a sh1t season.
I’m sure the journey home will be a lot more enjoyable than they’ve been experiencing over the last six month or so. Enjoy every minute!

Looking at it, I think the actual big (non-Rs) game for us is now Blackpool v Millwall on Friday night (28 Apr). Come on you Lions! If they can get anything there, it makes our task a lot clearer and easier. Basically Reading then lose on Sat to Wigan , we are safe.
We're not finishing bottom though - champagne out!!!

A win A incredibly much needed one earning 3 valuable points A somewhat fortuitous win(1st half) A win with heavy percentages defying odds and logic of 19% possession A win scoring 2 away from home A win against the only unbeaten team in the league at home A win that may be up there be one of the most important in our history A win that may define who QPR are and might be over the next 10 years A win in the best kit in the world A win win for everyone A win

No, we were holding them by putting everything on the line, the kind of commitment we've been lacking, the moaning at 0-0 was a disgrace.

HOOPS AND DREAMS on Twitter responded to cocky Alastair Camppbell with the following tweet: "QPR have ended Burnley's 34 game unbeaten home record at Championship level - a run dating back to 2015
It was QPR's first away win since 17 December
All with 19% possession!"
COYRs!
PS What channel are the highlights on tonight? It's been so long since I've bothered to watch them!
