Am personally expecting three or four loanees, at least one striker, one full back, and one centre midfielder in Johansen style. No signings though.
Bonne, Thomas, Nico and possibly Roberts - I would try to loan back, loan elsewhere or sell.
Shodipo I think if someone on a par or better is available likely attempt be loaned out.
It's though a notoriously quiet window so could perhaps only be two or three deals done and if we can't get certain players off our books , be it temporarily or permanently, I feel sadly the replacements will not be incoming !!

Probably some of the youngsters being moved up. Looking at the last B game Drewe, Kolli, Jude-Boyd and Dixon-Bonner all got game time. Whereas Thomas, Travelman got zero.
Clearing the decks, and about time as unfortunately they are not good enough and taking a wage.

Looking at the rest of this season, Masterson leaving on loan, maybe gone from us stop, suggests to me we might be bringing another Center Back in, hopefully one of good Championship quality who is a good distributor of the ball out of the back. Currently we have only 3 regular CB's fit Dunne, Dickie and JCS possibly. Said JCS is regularly injured, Kakey is likely cover for Laird tomorrow at least, Balogun will not be back for weeks. Not sure if any of the U23 CB's are ready, Gubbins?, but rather doubt it. We are very likely to need cover for the 3 due injury or suspensions, especially so if Critchley wants us to go with a 3 at the back. | | | |

Agreed. But Richards needs to stay fit and string a run of games together before he can be considered a viable alternative.
I’d still keep Willock for next season. We were talking about a £10m+ player a few months ago. I don’t think we can afford to just let him leave for free when we could get another season out of him before he does the same. | | | |
