I'd love to see him back to be honest and a look at his twitter account shows he loved it here
But should a club that needed to borrow from the council and took over £700k in Government furlough payments really be buying a player in this climate? I do hope we don't bid cash for anybody or we will be no different than Bury, Bolton or Wigan et al that we have all criticised
I don’t think the club can be criticised for using furlough when businesses with huge turnovers did, the loan was to fill a temporary cash flow issue, which will be paid back with monies due. So yes absolutely invest some cash in a striker , we will go down without the addition of a couple of quality players. Wages shouldn’t be an issue as Hendo’s wage will probably pay for 3 players

He hasn’t trained for a few days due to having COVID symptoms, which will be used as the official reason. However, he has also handed in a transfer request, so there’s that.

Perhaps we could get a discount being as though he's not fit, a cheeky one.

It's a loan player signing early in the week. Permanent signings later in the week.

I was only half listening, but did he only mention a loan player coming in due to the relationship built up with the parent club? I didn't catch anything about a permanent signing. Maybe SuddenLad can elaborate.

I didn't claim BBM had mentioned it in that interview.

True, but you mentioned it further up, so it must have come from somewhere.
Indeed it did - like lots of other things. Usually very accurate and from an impeccable, trustworthy source, but not 100% guaranteed due to differing factors. That's how it goes.

It is, but surely by dangling such a tantalising carrot on here, you're desperate to elaborate, otherwise you would have just kept it to yourself?

Yet another lie. I read all reports on RAFC and have never once read anything concerning Calvin’s salary. Do u actually know the meaning of the word truth?
