He used to be my bosses boss a few years ago and I got to met him at a promotion. “ of a certain age” were all over him. It appears that he is not one to turn down an opportunity or two. I am not the only person who thinks that Boris Johnson is a shallow, self serving narcissist but I am entitled to my view of him, as are you. Your support for him is a admirable but he was up to he usual tricks again yesterday, telling us again that it was touch and go when he was in hospital and that he was at deaths door. According to the medical officer, he was moved to intensive care as a precaution because he is the PM. When you go into the ICU you are usually put on a ventilator. He was given oxygen but not put on a ventilator. The medical officer intimated that his claims that he was close to death were an exaggeration. He is no better than Trump in my opinion and has the same grasp on the concept of truth, but that is only my opinion. If you think the bloke is great, fair play to you. | | | |

I don’t get turned on by death. To be quite frank with you I couldn’t care either way. There seemed to be an element of Darwinism at play. Boasting on national TV about shaking hands with covid victims one minute and the in hospital with it himself the next.
