We are definately lacking pace and an alternative to Hendo if needs be, but at the moment we do at least have Dooley and Hendo who can do a good job when available.
We don't have an up to scratch left back and that has been repeatedly targeted by teams. Even if we just sign someone relatively solid/reliable it'd be a big step.
When Bunney was playing at leftback someone like Joe Thompson was always around to cover him. That buffer doesn't seem to exist anymore for Done or whoever plays there.

Think it's because we have changed frmation from a 4-2-3-1 / 4-4-2 and gone to a 4-3-3 where the full backs are expected to be wing backs. Andy Cannon did not wanna be right wing back and fell out with Hill over that. Hill is as responsible for Done struggling as Done himself, due to his stubborn tactics that do not work.
I'd say we need both full backs and and Striker. But I'd put full backs as more of a priority just because of the recent defensive woes. Would also allow Done to play further up which after a run of games I think we could see him bagging goals again even if he has lost a bit of pace.
Young Striker from Premier league or Championship. Looking to get experience of first team football. Maybe with some first team experience but not a regular.
