I'm surprised Stewie is jacking it in...
doesn't the new Stadium open next year?

Its a BRILLIANT goal to cap a BRILLIANT start by Rochdale - Don Goodman 26/08/10
Poll: Are fans more annoyed losing or not playing Henderson centre forward?

What a fantastic idea by bury.

Ok, maybe the idea of sitting in a car for 7 hours with the engine running to keep warm (it is December) might not appeal to all at the price of £40.

For those of such disposition, Netflix has all of these films and they are likely to all be on terrestrial (Home Alone was on this weekend passed)

I wonder if this is a method of earning some money from the car park patking lot scheme that a number of bury fans claimed to have bought into during those bright and sparkly early Days.

Poll: DF in or out

At least they can enjoy the ride when they go.

It's a shame that they aren't showing 'Titanic'.

The logistics of doing that in December should have seen it ruled out immediately. How many cars do they really expect to turn up?!

It’s a big shame they aren’t showing Groundhog Day.

So it wasn’t JD sports or boohoo.com after all? Fancy that.

Great quote from the new chairman

“I have a strong passion to work with those less fortunate”

Certainly picked the right club with their ‘special’ fans.

Theres nobody more "special" than your Pearl St " "gang" LOL...

I believe you have had your own little restructure of your own Board of Directors....i think you should concentrate on your own clubs "issues" instead of ours😉

Not having the attention span for both is a real handicap

"Bury Football Club can officially announce that Steve Dale is the new owner of Bury Football Club."

Great quality of writing there.

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

I thought we owned Bury? Our results against them seem to support this.

Up the Dale - NOT for sale!

So farewell then, Stewpot Day.
A fan of football,
you introduced yourself as.
Sadly football
was not a fan of you.
You leave,
as you came. From nowhere.
To nowhere.

We haven't been taken over by someone we know nothing about because someone else we knew nothing about has left us with millions of pounds of debt.

Tbf, you could argue he has. If I remember correctly when Day came in Bury were hours away from going out of business. Despite all the debt racked up they don’t seem to have the same threats now. They’ve not achieved much; 1 promotion, 1 relegation. But, if Day hadn’t have come in I’d imagine they’d be playing as a Phoenix club in some distant league sponsored by a glue or stationary company right now.

Anyway, I genuinely hope this new guy isn’t a schemer and they don’t go to the wall any time in the near future. Would quite like to play them again some time soon, if only for the guaranteed 4-6 Pts.

We'll said Ancoats mate, as much as we dislike them, they're a shoe in for 6 points per season so it would be a shame to lose them!

Apparently there's a winding up order due tomorrow, or so I read somewhere online? Will be interesting to see what happens there.
