As was said in the link, if you are struggling don't be afraid to reach out.
Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.
I know as most of you lot know I went through some sh!t at the back of last year.
Most of you lot sent me their best wishes, it's a pity that 3 on here guffawed at people with.mental health problems, including the person who started this topic, which I find quite nauseating, i will never forget those people's attitude and I will never forgive either.

We ‘fell out’ over me defending Mason Greenwood then defending the Spanish guy.
I got to admit I was a bit of a dick head with you as you were with me.
I would never go after anyone with mental health ,if you knew who I was you would know why as well.
I have close family members that struggle themselves.
I had no idea you was going through anything to be honest as I withdrew myself from the non football board to stay away from the arguments.
Also have you got the receipts as all I can remember is a childish back and fore then the mods getting involved.
