New EFL/Sky deal on 11:32 - Apr 13 by Northernr

Unless I’m reading it wrong the entire opening day fixture list is televised next season which means none of it will be Saturday 3pm.

Yeah thats right, as there is no Premier League that week and Sky don't have Charity Shield it could be any time, some at 1230 Saturday, 5 and 8pm Saturday and a variety of times on Sunday & monday

Won't affect us if we don't pull our fingers out soon

I find it amusing that clicking on that link to get the news story on the Official site brings up the huge banner add for NordVPN.

This deal concerns as me as potentially being what kills me off having my season ticket which I've had for the last 25 years. If we end up with so many games moved that I can't get to then that'll have to be it for me, otherwise I'm spending money on my ticket for literally nothing. Have to see what the future holds.

the one bonus is you will see which games are moved up to Christmas before you renew your season ticket but it's not much help if they have moved loads and that you won't have a clue about the second half of the season

Surely the season tickets have to be purchased well before the fixtures are published ?

If you pay monthly by direct debit, then you have more control if you think you might end up cancelling.
