Fck this club on 18:08 - Jan 14 by Lblock | What?!?! “The results will come because all of you can do a very decent job” Who is doing a decent job of keeping clean sheets? Who is doing a decent job of defending? Who is doing a decent job of marshalling the midfield for 100mins? Who is doing a decent job of scoring goals? Who is doing a decent job of set piece coaching? Unless you’re actually saying that that is what he’s telling them out of psychology; not that he or you believe it? If so then my questions above aren’t directed at you and I apologise Nobody at this club is doing a decent job Not a soul I’ll bet the tea even tastes disgusting at tge training ground |
Are you Frasers alter ego from "Dad's Army" We are doomed, I tell you, doomed !!

Fck this club on 17:06 - Jan 14 by Lblock | Good luck in work tomorrow after whatever drugs binge you’ve been on mate!! Future bright? It’s as bleak as I can recall with full implosion looming. How you’d wipe away £300mill of Bungle debt in a couple of years is beyond me unless you think we have an untapped oil well under Loftus Road. We are in a much worse position than the last time we went into Admin and, history repeating itself, abouts to be relegated from a Division just before a huge influx of TV money comes in. There’s been novices, at various levels and times, running the show across the last 12 years and they’ve been as thick as the players we watch. They’ve not learnt a bloody thing and now we’ve got a new novice to learn on the job at CEO level and at Manager/Coach level. We’re totally ill equipped for League One at this moment in time and I think we will actually get worse both on and off the pitch the next six months Good old Bungle and his Caterham MkII which is what I always feared and now coming to pass. So yeah….. I agree with the OP… this club has been gutted and what’s left is rotten |
In many respects you have said the same things that I have although I accentuated some positives whilst you have gone down a more negative route. Of course the debt won’t be written off. The squad cannot be overhauled during a single season and backroom staff replaced. Should we be in The Championship or League One next season the remit will be the same to avoid relegation. I think you are doing both Marti and Christian, our new CEO, a disservice by saying that they are novices. Marti has already improved our performance on the pitch whilst Christian has a wealth of world football experience and has Lee Hoos to offer any assistance required. Our current owners paid for the club audit and have no doubt been told some home truths. These are guys are not stupid but they were naïve on the football side and have now set about putting things right. For me the medium term future is bright but on the journey to get there we will endure more pain. I cannot agree with the original OP.

Which is exactly what happens to relegated teams when they play well.

Fck this club on 16:17 - Jan 14 by numptydumpty | Ouch The op said f@ck this club. So not exactly IMO appreciate not everyone s that I'd not the kind of support that helps. That's just my opinion by the way. Appreciate others entitled to theirs. Was trying point out the positives which there are many yes apart from finishing off the moves but Armstrong is developing in last few games. Was a constant menace today. As for losing to teams around us. Mostly under Ainsworth. Am happy myself to remain positive and can definitely see green shoots. Sure that is what Marti will be saying to the squad also. The Ainsworth style of management, encouraging the boys to think they can be fourth from bottom, not the style for a team I want to encourage. Ie more about getting boys to believe in themselves as we definitely have talented players. Smyth and Armstrong currently both emerging talents along with Dixon Bonner too. We I just personally don't think such angry negativity helps a team low in confidence especially after a decent performance today. Shame about the result. But nine times out of ten, we win that game and for me that's the message as fans it would encourage greater performances. If that's arrogance, sh**t me down big boy !!!! 😆 |
OK fair play to you but we all care about the club and feelings run high when we keep losing and comment straight after a game with emotions still raw. I just don't think we should be telling fellow fans to do something else if they are unhappy as the club needs the fans. We don't want people literally walking away doing other pastimes and getting crowds of 5,000 to threaten the club's existence. I would suggest Plymouth fans may consider it arrogant of us to call them poor when they have avoided the bottom 3 all season. Plymouth drew 0-0 and 3-3 with Watford who stuffed us 6-1 on aggregate. They also roasted Norwich 6-2, a team who have beaten us 1-0 twice this season, and a club that defeats us with regular monotony. Oh and they beat Blackburn 3-0 whilst we lost 4-0 at home to Rovers. This shows why they have scored twice as many goals as us so unless they sell their front line now or get 10 points deducted, we won't be catching them. People don't like my realism but facts are facts they are a better team.

Fck this club on 16:04 - Jan 14 by Jimthehip | Armstrong is 20 and he's brilliant. Without him we don't have any threat |
We don't have any goals either. Yes I'm pleased he's getting game time and making a nuisance of himself, but his job is to score goals. We should have been out of sight before Watford scored.
