I listened to this yesterday and is well worth a couple of hours of your time.
Even knowing his story as i do, there was still lots of parts of his journey that I hadn’t heard, as well as plenty of funny stories about his time at Dale.
I've never listened to Under the Cosh despite others raving about it, I shall give it a go.
It has it's moments but the bantz stories get a bit repetitive and tiresome if you listen to every episode and I stopped a while back, but will listen to this one obviously. The Nicky Weaver and Mark Crossley episodes are the best two.
UndrTheCosh is ace and the Joe Thompson episode is quite brilliant. Like others have said I knew his story, I read his book but still absorbed every word and its a really good listen and parts were a hard listen. Joe comes across brilliantly on it as well.
Aaron Wilbraham featured a few months back and that was very good as well, as most episodes are.
Leon Knight did a two part episode and it was absolutely surreal.
The best episodes are definitely Mark Crossley, Clark Carlisle, John Beresford, Ryan Cresswell and Luke Chadwick. Add Joey T to that list as well.
Some come across as right bell ends like Tom Pope, Leon Knight and Alan Rogers but still entertaining.
If I hadn't seen such riches, I could live with being poor
