New kits around the league/world 2016/17 11:00 - Apr 30 with 55735 views | 442Dale | Plymouth: Puma kits are a template but Argyle have a really good bespoke version within those constraints. Use of all three of their traditional colours is very effective. The contrast between the white pinstripes and the black collar and sleeve stripes is a thing of wonder. --------------------------------- Barnet: The design is good, the choices made terrible. The third kit should be the home one, I don't care that Barnet have worn black at home before - its not big and it's not clever. The anniversary kit follows the theme really well, same colours and everything... so why that other white away kit with purple?! Do football clubs understand? DO THEY?

It's also better that they're back in red socks.

New kits around the league/world 2016/17 on 20:44 - May 27 with 6882 views | WhiteyBFC | Here's ours, ready to be worn at Wembley on Sunday. The shirt is as plain as it gets, which I really like. Hated this seasons with the big fcuk off white banding. However, this new one is ruined by having THREE fcuking Puma logos on it. The socks though.... the SOCKS ARE BACK. After 20 years. The socks that saw us promoted to the Premier League. Absolutely ridiculous that we stopped wearing them after that. I have made it a running joke on our forum for nearly 15 years now, whenever a new kit is announced, complaining that we haven't brought back the hooped socks. Looking forward to gaining promotion in them. On Sunday, or next season. Maybe both.

Black shorts at Wembley though. Much like the strip worn when you lost at Dale that season. Bradford: Great kits. Interchangeable too. That different slant (see what I did there) on stripes is a top idea.

New kits around the league/world 2016/17 on 02:04 - May 28 with 6798 views | macro | Dislike the Bradford home kit. In fact I think it's a real monstrosity. Other two kits are ok but the home one looks like a mutant barbers pole. Worst kit so far.
New kits around the league/world 2016/17 on 09:04 - May 28 with 6763 views | 442Dale | Where Bradford deserve credit over every other side is how they constantly look for new ways to use their unique colours. They might not always get it right but it's different. We should look to do the same.

I agree they are inventive and that is to their credit. Personally though it gives me a headache looking at that design

They've got the right combination of blue and sortofred too. Never been a fan when they go with the red shorts, that kit is perfect and much like the classics from the 80s. I like the slightly darker blue sleeves too, it manages to increase the emphasis on the wider stripes.

It's a terrible template made worse by getting the colours the wrong way round. Why not have the top of the shirt sky blue? Especially as the colour at the top is reflected on the back of the shirt which is plain WHITE. Leaps to the top of the worst kit list.

They are still sponsored by BEKO they just have a small logo on the shirt sleeve. Think this upcoming season is the last year of a four year deal they did that started in 2013 - 2104 season.

It's like they're sitting on the fence and confused which way to go with it,whilst making a mess of both ideas.

It's also worth saying again that there will be people paid quite large sums to come up with those designs. I'd do it from my living room for £250 a week.
