Go down…wow Yes we could lose every game and Derby could win every game and back on planet Earth neither will happen We could certainly finish lower though is a fair thing to say. |

If form continues we’ll finish midtablish, where most of us thought we’d finish at the start of the season and then let’s see how RM gets on next season and assess things from there |

The Trust saw the benefits of selling the family silver…fair play…fantasy island level twisting of the facts even by your admittedly very low bar level 😂 |
| Forum Reply | Club borrowing more money? at 19:36 20 Dec 2021
So could this be the money that Silverstein is now lined up to spend in Jan, rather than any ‘investment’ that the Americans and their supporters will claim has been brought into the club by them to fund January signings? Just asking |

Who knew there was a blind-spot with the system? The makers clearly did reading that, just never told anyone it existed |
| Forum Reply | Leon steps down from sporting director role at 09:06 13 Jun 2020
Let’s be honest (setting aside Leon’s legendary playing career with us which is completely beyond any reproach) what’s he done in the sporting director role, that we know of at least? Birch wheeled him out at one point to let us know about the potential loss of the academy (which I properly hated Birch for) but I’m genuinely struggling otherwise to know what Leon did in his role? Clearly a role in the future for Leon as a club ambassador if he ever wants it though 👠|

Not a German football documentary...but Season 2 starting on Sky Atlantic tonight, thought series 1 was excellent |
| Forum Reply | If the Cham'p doesn't resume, should WBA & Leeds replace Villa & Norwich in PL? at 19:39 29 May 2020
West Brom should go up. Leeds shouldn’t as they are Leeds. Plus I’m still pssd off at receiving a 25 year ban from their main WACCOE website which dates back to when we were both going for the Division 1 title and I was having some light-hearted banter with their Neanderthal fans. One messaged me to say he knew where I lived even! I think I still have about 12/13 years to serve. |

I get what you’re saying and in fairness, I called the players out back at the time they took a deferral and some fanboys were fawning over them not realising it was a deferral and thinking it was a wage cut. The players remain somehow elite and untouchable and beyond criticism in this. Well to me that’s bllx. Them, and in further fairness, Birch, Cooper and all the senior management team should be doing their bit and taking cuts (if they’re not). The current owners are plainly never going to put their hands in their pockets, never have, never will and we’re pssing into the wind trying to call them out on this ( even though they should be). I just hoped some of the players might show some bllx and share some pain with the fans. The ex-owners are down the road and they’re not going to do anything to financially help the club now, whether we think morally they should or are somehow obliged to do, which of course at this time they’re not. If the players and senior management figures had told us they were covering a share of the ST monies and that we were then in this together, there would be calls to build a statue to Birch on twitter right now |

It was Rodon’s family replying to my tweet calling the players out. Apparently taking a wage deferral is more than enough and no more should be expected of the players. They are doing their bit... |

I never met you Paul. Clearly my loss from reading everything said here. You acted on here with dignity and you’ve left this place with even more dignity. Thoughts with the family and all who knew you. RIP YJB |

Fair play to the OP, could he be more ignorant and thick ...just in case he’s hard of thinking too... the answer is no ( just to help him out) Mrs MJ is a primary head here in England. As I type she is on a Teams Governors meeting (since 7pm) talking about the return to school on the 1st June. I say return, she’s been in since day 1 providing schooling to kids of essential workers. You know, those kids of those most at risk of catching Covid and all without PPE. There is no PPE being offered by Boris to schools, he somehow thinks schools must be immune from Covid. They are not. Over 50 teachers have so far died, third (I think) behind NHS and care home related staff/residents. When over a 100 kids start in June, the 4yo children will continue to hug, hold hands, lick each other etc, they haven’t got a clue about social distancing. I hope schools will not become the new care homes. Anyway, thick as fck people like the OP will no doubt not care about teachers dying and will continue to throw barbs from the safety of their sofas. |
