If I was offered 3 times the money to do my job elsewhere to potentially do less, I would think seriously about it. However. This makes no sense for him. By refusing to play he will end up out of the shop window with the World Cup next year. If he moves to a club with a bigger pool of defenders he risks not being played and ends up in the same situation. I reckon they should play hard ball and see how long it takes for the penny to drop. |
