My best man speech was going down like a lead balloon a few years ago due to me consuming far too much Stella Artois and my crudeness in front of half a room full of welsh speaking chapel-goers from the brides family. Having thought naively things couldn't get much worse, I proceeded to tell the children present to f*ck up, frisbieed the 'Greek' cards written in Welsh and put my kilt over the brides mothers head asking her 'what do you think of that then?' Funnily enough, I've not seen much of my mate and the brides family since. The speech has gone down in folklore to the ones that appreciated it though! [Post edited 17 Aug 2017 12:19]

If he doesn't leave for £50m after us playing hardball and Everton ruining another pre-season then we're a laughing stock. To then pay Gylfi millions as a 'loyalty' after he has done as much to mess the situation beggars belief. Hopefully The Yanks have more balls than Jenkins (who, like last year, would have pulled his pants down and bent over weeks ago for Bill Kenwright to give him another cheap thrusting) - we live in hope! |

Small minority? Have a look at the video again and see EVERY Celtic fan they pass clap and join in the sing-song. Take a look at remembrance day when Celtic are at home and see how they honour the lives of men and women who have fought for their freedom! Complete and utter scum of the earth club from top to toe |

A sportsman with limited talent who has found out how to extract the rainbow pound. Wish they'd get him off my TV and radio as the guy is an imbecile. Nothing to do with him being a shirt lifter, he's just embarrassing with his 'look at me' sanctimonious rubbish. |

Give Everton an ultimatum - £50m by the weekend or he's not for sale at ANY price. Ball is firmly in their court. Also, if a fee is agreed, tell Siggy he can only go if he submits a transfer request - sponging c*nt |

Veira has only one decent season behind him and failed elsewhere, so would be an expensive gamble for us. Keep Gylfi and sod Everton - leave them take the risk on JV at £25m (although someone may need to now find the dummy Gylfi threw out of his pram and get his arse on the next flight to USA!) |

Junuzovic had 15 assists the season before last - 3rd highest behind De Bruyne and Muller (no mention of last season on wiki) but 5 goals from 31 games is decent in 2016/17. |

Polygamist = more than one wife so we can assume he's getting his balls drained 3 times a night Is this is the reason for his shit form at Leeds? |
| Forum Reply | Siggy replacement(s) at 14:35 13 Jul 2017
I think you're right... great set piece but playing him out of position meant he wasn't the threat that he was under Rogers. It'll be interesting to see how Koeman fits him and the granny shagger in the same team as I doubt either will sign to sit on the bench? As for replacing Siggy, lets just hope the Yanks give the whole £45-£50m to Clement to bring in 2 quality players from his black book - hopefully one's like Mesa which took us all by surprise |

Considering how bad we've been under Ronald the last 10 games, to pick up 6 or 7 more points in the 2nd half of the season more than the 1st is definitely do-able. We're still knee deep in cach but I'm a lot happier today than this time yesterday - at least we can play football and fight. |

Totally agree with the OP..... only one that's thrown his hat in (or has been mentioned) that could get us out of the shit. Short term deal, with loads of dosh as an incentive? Win win If we go down, which is more likely, he doesn't get the pay off and we rebuild in the summer when the better half of our squad (OK, 2 or 3 players) bugger off! [Post edited 30 Dec 2016 10:23]

This is a no-brainer for me - especially after looking at the other available 'names'. Get wobbly eyes in on a short term deal with a big bonus for keeping us up. This is our only chance of salvaging this season. If we go down, our player assets will disappear (Siggy and, er.... Siggy), the parachute payments will be trousered by the Yanks leaving us with a fight to stay in the Championship with the SCUM. It's do or die. Some say they'd rather it in the Championship but be careful what you wish for lads! |
