No reason a modern dual carriageways should have a lower speed limit than the single carriageway it replaced. |

Needless braking down the hill towards the Abergavenny turnoff then it continues along the flat section and straight is ridiculous and unnecessary.
I thought the whole idea of the new upgrade was to improve the movement of traffic which as you say travelled faster prior to the new carriageways.
I used to thumb lifts every Saturday dinner time to travel home to Swansea when based at Cwrt Y Gollen so I remember the road well . | |
