It will be a lower league manager most of us have never thought of. It's the swansea way.

Schumacher at Plymouth really appeals to me.

I would have also added McKenna at Ipswich but we wouldn't out do Ipswich with the coin but I could see Schumacher being tempted.

Jon Brady at Northampton another we should be all over.

If its Schumacher Whittaker is going nowhere. TBH I watched Plymouth a bit this season mainly because of Whittaker and liked the way he set his team up.

Would Schumacher come here? Plymouth are a similar size to us with a tidy stadium and are on the up. Maybe he'll fancy it there next season.

We’ll probably end up with Michael Schumacher.

Luke Williams? Just got County up, worked with RM, so knows the system, players know him. Imagine would be a cheapish option also.

Notts County we’re cleverer than us. They tied him up,for another 4 years a few months ago.
So it would cost a lot to get him.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

How much does a well funded National league manger get paid.? Not that much at a guess. Not much more than Martins compensation payment.

Wise sage since Toshack era

Personally cannot imagine any of the managers of newly promoted clubs coming here.
IMHO think they would all want the opportunity to try and get continued success with their current clubs.

I'd be trying for Ian Evatt, done very well at Barrow and Bolton.

Why not aim a little higher …
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer … point to prove and plays attractive football.
Frank de Boer … we were close to appointing him when Potter got the job
Robert Klauß … served his managerial apprenticeship and seems ambitious.

This level of manager could be sold on our record of past managerial success
Martinez, Sousa, Rodgers, Potter, Cooper, Monk all of whom have had PL and or International success following success here.

home options
Osian Roberts … say no more
Jody Morris … Chelsea connections and has some management experience
Stephen Clark … gained experience in Finland - could be a Potter style appointment.

Williams knows how the club runs. He won’t come. Time for this Andy Coleman fella to get back over here and prove his worth.

Who in the right mind would want to come in and work for these owners, they've turned the club into a shambles off the field.

Is this Watson "appointment" a done deal then ?

He's surely very unlikely to leave if Luton go up.

I would say promotion could change things, a gentleman's agreement doesn't really mean that much.

You can see it happening can't you!?

There were times in the past when managers were shown the door and the process of notifying them was allegedly very poor. Two such potential examples referred to by fans include the way Laudrup and Guidolin left.

Many decent managers would come here Max, we have an incredible record of developing managers for the next step, anyone would be foolish not to come here.

Yes the last 3 we have received compo for Potter Cooper and Martin TBC.

So our choice of managers is not bad at all.

Problem we have is we can't keep hold of any of them so lack any continuity.

The issue now is we have people running the show who know absolutely nothing about the workings of championship football club.

A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.

When I was a teenager I was seeing this girl, I didn’t like or fancy her that much. I always thought I’d go on to do better but it was no pressure no strings thing and she was an absolute nympho who showed me the ways of a woman, what buttons to press and when. She was a practice girlfriend.

We are a practice club and lots of managers will want a go on us.
