Jimmy comes cross as a great bloke, witty, bright and gives thought to his answers. Really good interview. Polite request for Lee Wallace next, given that all the players rave about his footballing intelligence.

Yeh Wallace is great, but I know for a fact he won't want to talk while he's injured and "not contributing".

Absolutely brilliant podcast. Really interesting interview with Alex Carroll. For those of us obsessives, it's good to hear what's going on with the new B team format and how they have different strategies with our young players to get them into the first team. It all sounds so professional and if you had a talented young lad, you'd definitely think of QPR as a credible club.

Jimmy Dunne comes across so well. He looks quite hard on the pitch but what a lovely young lad with a soft Irish lilt and really does love his mum!

Cheering to hear from yet another player about the excellent team spirit and how they notice the support from the fans.

I'm really loving the way this club is run these days. Warbs had to be tough to show with Manning and Kane the standards he expects from his players. It could have backfired horribly but it seems to be paying off with a fantastic bonding experience. If players love coming into work every day, it's going to show on and off the pitch and hopefully will make it easier to keep onto them until they' need to step up; hopefully with us but failing that, leave on reasonable terms and with gratitude from our fans.

Great guests. Really interesting to get an explanation of what the B team is there for and also to hear how the club think quite widely about the futures of young players under their wings be that football or something else.

Jimmy was pure class. Obviously really smart but also very mature and self aware. Add that too his obvious abilities on the pitch and he's just a great signing. Looking forward to see him play in the league more.

Including Ilias last week, three blinding guests in a row.

Charlie's chair makes him look like he's joined the Nuns!

"It's not a tourist type of ground".

Loved that comment.

And did he really say (I think he did) that he loves the Rob Dickie song and sings it every day.

A star in the making.

Good to hear Sinclair Armstrong being singled out for his sharp progression in the B/U23 sides.

With Charlie Kelman seemingly impressing Gillingham players enough to compare him to ‘Rooney’recently the future of this club looks extremely rosy.

One of the best OARs podcasts I've listened to. Carroll was very good at explaining our youth policies and thinking behind the B team.

As others have said, Dunne came across extremely well for a young lad and, as one of them said, not only is he a great player but an excellent character too.

Great episode.

My favourite line was when Finney said that Top 6 is doable and Dunne just stares at him in shock for a few seconds before dead-panning "You don't think we can get Top 2?"

Yes, it was. Such eloquence and feeling from such a young man!

I liked him as a guest - as well as the above attributes, he's also a rogue. Remarkably mature for a 23-year old. They breed them well in the Wee County.

Alex Carroll was also hugely impressive for a man of his years.

Wallace appears to be the Zen master of the squad with his disconcerting questions.
