Senedd election 22:58 - Apr 4 with 20843 views | CwmafanJack | How do you see it ending up? Personally can see labour loosing quite a few votes to plaid not enough to make a significant difference though. Can see the tories doing better than expected but abolish taking votes off them. Odds on labour plaid coalition. Constituency changes can't see many. Plaid to take llanelli and maybe Carmarthen west and south pembs with outside chance Caerphilly, Cardiff west Tories to take Bridgend and maybe one or two up north east Wales. Labour not to win any new seats

Its long term goal remains to join the EU. Short term Cymru will join the trade bloc but not full membership. Plaid correctly dont want to fight the same battle over and over. That said being full member remains the aim. 🇪🇺ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ·ó ¬ó ³ó ¿

Independence is light years away, it will be interesting to see whether Plaid can get more seats than the Conservatives.

Yes, I think that will be interesting. Johnson has moved YesCymru from 2,000 to 20,000 members. Thats a step change. The next step change will be comrade Nicola delivering a free and prosperous indy Scotland. Once that happens Cymru will follow. As night follows day.

Its over. |
They removed the don't knowsagain and don't give the figures. For all we know the don't knows were 50% of the vote which makes your 40% into 20%. You cannot remove the don't knows or would not votes as it skews the figures and you know that but you persist with misleading numbers but it suits your narrative. It's as much a lie as anything Bojo says.

Yes. Wales is progressive. |
Drakeford is a labour dinosaur stuck in the past with old labour discredited policies which after 20 years of labour rule has led to a poorer education system, a failing Welsh NHS, an increase in poverty. He asked for more powers but refuses to use his powers to vary income tax. Dithering Drakeford. Time Wales had visionary dynamic leadership.

Only a third of Welsh people want independence. The other two thirds see the benefits of being part of the UK and having a successful vaccine programme unlike the EU. Not sure anyone would believe a pole run by the EU. [Post edited 20 Apr 2021 21:40]

Here he is, https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/election-2019-50552255 He reckons there won't be a hard border with England but there would have to be or the rules would constantly get broken by people going around them. The EU would never accept us having an open border with a non member with so many access points. Wales would have the best of both worlds! Surely joining the EU would depend on a referendum? Not that it matters, having seen Plaids manifesto people are dropping them, the poll said they'd lost support. One I have seen projects labour to remain on 29 seats, the tories to gain 8 and Plaid to lose 2. Wales is so indy curious it's dropping the only indy party!
