Latest player being linked on 6-month loan from Villa, I presume as the MGW/Palmer replacement if there is any truth in it.

Would be an excellent signing, a dead ball specialist, and goal scorer

You give it out, you take it back it`s all part of the game

We havent had a Paddy for a while. Decent signing if it comes off.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

All for this, it’d be a huge signing! Villa and Barnsley fans can’t speak highly enough of him.

I was singing his praises when he was at Barnsley and said we should sign him then .
Currently Barnsley have some very good young players . Saturday will not be an easy game .

Very decent side the few times I have watched them this season.

All done on a limited budget

Two out Gyökeres and MGW
Two in Hourihane and Morris ?

As we stated yesterday Swansea City seem to be running out of patience with Crawley.

A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.

I think both would be excellent signings. Be interesting to see how morris does, good international goals record 10 in 39. inline with post brexit transfer situation.

That’s the thing.
We know that Palmer was on 20k a week
MGW 33k
Vik 25k
Its all about the percentages they thrash out I’m certain we wouldn’t be paying the above amounts for those players.

He was reported to be out of contract on June 30 2021 so culd be free transfer in the summer if he does well.

A free kick specialist. Grimes has come up short in this aspect. Gylfi was the man obviously with Jonathan De Guzman capable on occasions. An honouraboe mention to Andy Robinson.

Young Cullen can knock ina 30 yarder.

Wise sage since Toshack era

Grimes should only be responsible for placing the ball at a free kick. He is incapable of hitting the target. As should be obvious.

Those figures are as accurate as can be mate, premier league stiffs on more too.
Still has a year and a half left on his contract. 1 million a year plus is standard.

How we haven't got a scout over in cork i don't know.

Absolutely, the other problem we have is our success in recent years with loan and bought players. Lazy clubs are jumping on our success bandwagon as soon as they learn of our interest in a player and outbidding us or causing the player to rethink, it’s down to money.

Yeah can imagine that would be the case with this one definitely. As soon as it become public he was available on loan I would of thought clubs were making phone calls.

And aint it a shame we have to rely on loans due to lack of money

As a point of interest if SCFC were paying MGW £35k for a injury affected player from another club what would an out of contract Ayew be worth in 6 months time.?

It is very likely he will go if SCFC are still in the Championship but he seems happy and playing well. Would a two year contract of £30k pw tempt him to stay perhaps with a future role with the club. African recruitment / chairmans advisor / coaching etc.. what offers would he get in post Covid sides? I am pretty surprised he has not moved on already to be honest.

I woud imagine he looking for £50k pw in the Premier league or France. But will he get it?
