Hope Gylfi doesn't go, if he does the first thing to do is to check what the odds on Swansea getting relegated are, it would have to be weighed up with who comes in. It will be a nervous time for Swansea fans if he go's.
Continually being banned by Planet Swans for Porthcawl and then being reinstated.
You're right. It's a ridiculously fair price and some Swans fans have lost their facking marbles and turned into Prima-donna, Prawn sandwich munching, Premier League pricks.
Fair price? Gylfi has 3 years left on his contract and we don't need to sell. The price needs to be a damn sight more than fair.

Nah.
As someone posted some weeks ago what would Southampton demand for a player with that number of goals and assists should be our benchmark. In my view it would be a darn sight more than the papers are currently quoting.

But everyone knows he's a set piece specialist and not every team sees that as the be all and end all.
Take his set pieces and penalties out of the equation and we'd be looking at around £10m-£12m.
To the long ball specialists like Everton, they are willing to put a premium on the basics he gives to general play and pay another £20m for those set pieces.
His general stats are more than mediocre, and that's being very generous,.

For a so called long standing Swansea fan you have selected memory....your analysis of Siggy is purely based on last seasons performance not on his time here under Brendan or his season when he returned after Monk......he contributed to making Bony shine and not from dad all or set piece situations alone. You ha net changed from the annoying brat who used to run around the North Bank
Does gylfi have a release clause in his contract ? If it's 30m then fair enough if he has one, if it's 30 m and he doesn't have one then the swans are fookin nuts to sell him for that price.
Everton are flush so fookin sting em' . Personally I'd rather we add good players than keep taking them away, the downward spiral that took care of villa,Sunderland and Newcastle will be on our doorstep if we continue to sell and not strengthen .

I genuinely think that is one of the worst Youtube highlight clips I've EVER seen!!!
Was it what Souness was shown of Georgey Weah's cousin ???
Which REALLY shows how little you know about football.
They're not really supposed to be "highlights" in the traditional sense. It's a scouting video. It's meant to show his ability in a number of different situations. (EDIT: You'd know that if you ever played)
Bless your fragile heart, scummer.

That's like saying take llorente headed goals out of the equation and he'd be playing for Stockport.

Sorry mate, but they are "highlights" - it says so at the start. And, let's be honest, they're pretty bloody average. Would you seriously pay £32m based on those "highlights"? Where's the excellence in open play that people speak of?

Re-read the post of mine you responded to, Ploppy.
It answers your question.
We haven't been a proper footballing team for awhile, and it's not Siggy's fault. It also isn't his fault he's WORLD-CLASS at set pieces, so any highlight video of his will have a lot. That's because he's so good at them.
But, alas, here's some more:

I don't need to re-read your post mate. I understood it perfectly the first time. I don't see how it answers my question though. If it's a "scouting video", you would use it to decide whether you were interested in buying. Would you buy him (at the sum that's being mentioned) based on that "scouting video"?
And as far as Siggy being WORLD-CLASS (nice use of uppercase there) at set pieces, I'd agree. But there's the thing - I expected the video to be chock full of set pieces, but it wasn't. Yet you say "any highlight video of his will have a lot".

Yeah, no mate.
Scouting is done for much more than buying someone. You can also scout players if you're going to be playing against them, and you'd like to know what their style of play and strengths/weaknesses are.
And Jesus ffukkingg Christ you're a stickler. The first video is a proper scouting video, meaning what is Siggy's style/strengths/weaknesses. They are mostly from open play, because set pieces don't really need to be scouted that much. He puts in quality balls, enough said.
You asked for open play, I gave you open play. Now you want set pieces? Watch all the ffukkingg videos if you're so interested, and you'll have all your answers, Ploppy.
(EDIT: I'm sure you'd rather argue with me than watch them, though, so I await your bbullsshitt response. To clarify, the second video has a lot of set pieces, and the third one has a lot of open play. Is that simplified enough for you?)

Oooooooo. Someone's got their pants in a pandemonium.
I'm done. That's enough condescension for me for now thanks. You carry on though. Night night.

Ahhh, there's that bbullsshitt response I was talking about.
I called it perfectly, as I know exactly what you're doing and you do too. Your intention wasn't Siggy, it was me. Don't bbullsshitt.
That's why you're running off, tail between legs.
Don't make it about me, even though that's all it was for you. I answered all your idiocy, thoughtfully (oooooo, with swear words), and you replied with your tedious crap.
Maybe Chrissy Wissy will send you a PM now, and you guys can be friends. Enjoy.

This Ploppy person came in with an agenda, and hassled me 'til they felt they got it. I said that from the get-go, basically.
I posted a Siggy video to another poster, and this Ploppy person interjected with tedious bbullsshitt. I responded in kind, but stayed on topic and to the point.
Any problems can be taken up with Ploppy by PM, I guess.

Them be the worst highlights/lowlights/scouting videos I have EVER seen.
We are seriously mugging Everton off for £32m.
top work
